I believe the quality of our lives is shaped by far more than what we eat, how often we exercise or how well we rest. It is shaped by the people around us, spaces we inhabit, the work we carry, the conversations we have, the boundaries we keep, the rhythms we live by and the details we tend to or overlook and that’s where my work begins.
I am Eni Akonobea, founder of Eni Asiri and a Wellness Curator. My work brings together emotional wealth, intentional living, leadership and lifestyle. I help individuals and organisations thoughtfully curate the conditions in which people can live, lead and flourish.
Eni Asiri was born from a simple conviction: wellness is not something we occasionally practise. It is something we continually curate. This philosophy is expressed through what I call Refined African Wellness which is not a geographic category or a trend. It is a design philosophy shaped by African hospitality, community, rhythm, nature, craftsmanship, beauty and the understanding that wellbeing is deeply connected to how we relate to one another. I bring these principles into conversation with modern life, leadership and contemporary wellbeing.
The result is a more expansive understanding of wellness: one that considers not only the individual but the environments, relationships, systems, experiences and conditions surrounding them.
Central to my work is the belief that there is a form of wealth we rarely account for. **Emotional Wealth** is the capacity to know yourself, process what you carry, have honest conversations, protect your peace, make thoughtful decisions and remain fully present in the life you have built.
Success can grow while the person experiencing it becomes increasingly depleted. Organisations can achieve more while the human beings within them quietly carry stress, disconnection and unresolved emotional weight. My work is interested in that space beneath the visible.
Eni Asiri is expressed through several distinct practices, united by one purpose: reducing friction, restoring balance and creating the conditions for human flourishing.
The Margin is private executive stewardship for individuals whose responsibilities require greater space, discretion and thoughtful support.
Healing Dialogues is a private practice of emotional reflection and clarity. This creates space for honest conversation, perspective and the things that are often difficult to process alone.
Through Executive Wellness Strategy, Leadership Development and Organisational Wellbeing, I work with organisations to consider the human conditions beneath performance: how people lead, how they experience work and what enables them to sustain excellence without losing themselves in the process.
Through Keynote Addresses, curated experiences and strategic partnerships, I bring these ideas into wider conversations around leadership, emotional wealth, wellbeing and intentional living.
The expressions may differ. The philosophy does not.
I have always been interested in what makes a life feel well lived not simply successful or productive but considered.
A life with room to think. Relationships that nourish rather than diminish. Work that has meaning. Spaces that restore. Systems that reduce unnecessary friction and enough emotional capacity to actually experience the life one has worked so hard to create.
This is why I do not see wellness as an escape from life. I see it as the thoughtful design of life itself.
I create environments and offerings that invite you to experience wellness not as an occasional escape but as a daily practice. One you can embody, integrate and sustain.
Eni Asiri,
Curating the people, places and practices that protect peace.
